"I just purchased a new 2020 ultra limited, actually went in to get a new helmet. Wayne put a new 114 ultra out front and said go take this for a ride. I currently have a 2015 road king with a 103 and had previously ridden a 2016 107 ultra 4 years ago so thought maybe the 114 would be a little better. I could not have been more wrong, there is no comparison, when I got back Wayne knew what I thought by the smile on my face.No one can tell you how this rides, you just have to ride it to see for yourself. Harley finally has the suspension working together, front and rear, near flawless, the 114 is light years ahead of the 103 and it still rumbles and feels like a Harley, as usual fit, and finish, paint, are first class. The very finest product the company has made.About the transaction, 5 minutes, Wayne and Brian are perfect gentleman and a real pleasure to do business with, and I cannot end with out mentioning the guys in parts are the very same, easy to deal with and they have a ton of experience and do not waste any time getting what you need . "In April I bought a 2015 Low rider from Ronnie's in what turned out to be a no-hassle, seamless transaction. Everyone in the building was both friendly and professional. They gave me a good price right up front and delivered the bike with a smile and a handshake, the old fashion way. In mid-July Wayne personally found me a new Road King in the color and options I wanted and traveled to another dealer to deliver it for me, same deal, everything occurred without a single issue, seamless. I own a couple of business so I have an idea what good customer service is all about and Ronnie's does too. Ronnie's has always been very supportive of our chapter so when it was time to buy a new bike, Ronnie's was at the top of my list. Brian Forfa and the entire sales staff made the process both enjoyable and seamless. There was never any pressure, never any under-handed or heavy-handed tricks. It was all abpve board, honest and factual. When I shop, I don't like the back-and-forth nonsense that is typical with this process. There was none of that here. Their offer for both the trade value and purchase price, was the best from the onset and only got better. This was my 3rd HD purchase and by far the smoothest. If you have not at least checked with Ronnie's before you buy, then you are NOT getting the best deal."

I had a list of about 40 parts for a rebuild of my fathers totaled bike and after being shrugged off by a local dealer thats close to me, (he told me not to bother over the phone with a list that big to just come in) so i called ronnies. Chris checked availibility of ALL the parts for me before he even knew if i was going to place the order. I later called back and did place that order and he was super helpful and patient. You dont find great customer service much these days and it was refreshing. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!"
